RU-National Taiwan Normal University Semester Exchange Program
Students interested in perfecting their Mandarin should consider participating in the RU-National Taiwan Normal University semester exchange program. NTNU, with over 10,000 students, is located in Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, so students will have all of the trappings of urban life available to them at NTNU. More than 1,000 international students on campus gives NTNU an global flair.
NTNU offers RU students intensive Mandarin Chinese study opportunities in terms of three months - students may study from September 1 to November 30, December 1 to February 28, or March 1 to May 31.

RU students pay RU tuition at home and approximately $400 a month for room and board at NTNU.
Students should have a minimum 2.5 GPA for this program. Application materials should be submitted to the RU International Education Center by October 15, 2008 for March 2009 and February 1, 2009 for Fall 2009/AY 2009-2010.
