Radford University students who would like to study abroad for a semester (or a year) may choose from a variety of exchange programs and semester programs sponsored by other universities and organizations abroad.

Semester Exchanges
Exchange programs allow RU students to pay regular semester tuition and fees (and sometimes room and board fees as well) and study overseas at one of RU's partner institutions in another country. Exchange programs are competitive - there are limited spaces in each program - so advanced planning is important.

Semester Programs
There are many options available for RU students who would like to study abroad for a semester. RU maintains affiliations with a number of quality study abroad program providers, but students should feel free to work together with IEC staff to find the best program to meet their academic and personal goals.
